Short-term effects of horizontal muscle operations on anterior and posterior segment parameters in strabismus patients

Aim: To evaluate the short-term effects of horizontal muscle resection (Rt) or recession (Rs) surgeries on anterior and posterior segment parameters (ASPs PSPs) in strabismus patients, using Pentacam HR optical coherence tomography (OCT) devices.
 Material Method: This prospective study included 21 female 17 male patients who underwent surgery (Rt Rs). ASPs were evaluated with PSPs OCT, one day before month after surgery.
